- New York native, currently based in Dallas
- Earned his BFA from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science & Art and MFA from Southern Methodist University
- Cusick’s process of “painting with maps” integrates science, art, and storytelling — or, as he says, the human condition.
- His inspiration comes from old maps he discovered at his grandmother’s house
