I am not a huge fan of either of these, and the ink one is definitely unfinished, but I had spent a lot of time on both and needed to start work on other assignments. But hey, at least this one isn’t graded!

I really like the composition of this, and the choice to use such a tall, thin window. The use of color on the watercolor version is also very striking – you chose a palette that really makes the natural light in the photo shine. The use of mark-making in the ink one is also great – I’d love to see what a finished version looks like sometime.
